rights for women and children in other countries

Women's and Children's rights have become a grobal issue.
I feel so lucky to live in a more equal-human-right country, rather than in Sierra Leone, Kosovo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan, and Rwanda, etc. What confuses me is why they would think women matters less men. Is it really listed on the Islamic bible?
however, to help those women still throughout the world live in conditions of abject deprivation of, and attacks against, their fundamental human rights, first of all, we have to be aware about "where, when, who, why and how" those women suffer unequal treatments. Next step will be
to expose and denounce as human rights violations those practices and policies that silence and subordinate women. It won't go far if we work individually, we have to bond together as a group, getting more and more human right activists, and human right organizations, such as National Organization for Women, gaining more and more social power to go against those anti-women laws, to rescue those women.
here is a website for women from different countries or religions could look for help if they suffer from any unequal treatments from others or even governments.

Excellent -- thanks so much for posting the link. I don't know why it is such a struggle for women to get equal rights around the world, only that it is. So strange -- but people want power, more than anything I think.
